• Amazon Seller Credentials: Amazon Seller Central API credentials (MWS Auth Token, Seller ID, or SP-API credentials) required to connect your Amazon account

• Amazon Account Data: Product listings, catalog data, order information, inventory levels, pricing data, images, and performance metrics retrieved through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API)

• We do not sell, rent, or share your Amazon data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not use your Amazon data to compete with your business
• Amazon data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit
• You may revoke API access at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account
• Upon account termination, your Amazon data will be deleted within 30 days

AMZ CoPilot complies with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy for SP-API developers.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our services (hosting, payment processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements
